Requirements for 100-Day, Worry-Free Guarantee:

  • Eligibility: If 100 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Exemptions: Some types of goods are exempt from being returned; for sanitary and health reasons, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on inhalers.
  • Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Clearance Items: Cannot be refunded.
  • Right to Refuse: KAVVA Brands reserves the right to refuse service.
Return Request: 
To submit a request for return, email us at hello@kavvabrands.com – include your order number, order date, and full name in your request.
If your package is damaged or the product is incorrect, be sure to send product photos; without this information, we are unable to process your request.
Inhalers: For sanitary reasons, inhalers are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.

 

Shipping Returns

If your product is eligible for return, contact us at hello@kavvabrands.com and our team will instruct you where to mail your products.You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live. For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, an refund receipt will be emailed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days. Be sure to check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folder for this email.
 
Refunds are issued through our payment processor and can take several days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card policy. It can take up to 4–14 business days for your refund to fully process through the online payment processor and your credit card company. NOTE: Once the refund has been issued by KAVVA, the process and timing is out of our control. For questions about your refund, contact your bank or credit card company.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days, contact your bank or card issuer and provide them with the information from the refund receipt emailed which includes dates, times, order number, refunded amount, etc.

 
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If there are issues with your product delivery (defective, damaged, wrong product/flavor), email us at hello@kavvabrands.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
