To submit a request for return, email us at [email protected] – be sure to include your order number, order date and full name in your request. If your package is damaged or the product is not what you ordered, be sure to send product photos. Without the relevant information, we are unable to process your request.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- The returned product must be at least 1/2 full.
- The returned product must be in its original packaging.
- Order must be fewer than 100 days old from delivery.
- Clearance items and bulk items do not apply.
- Customers are limited to 3 total product returns, a product is defined by type and/or flavor.
- KAVVA Brands has the right to refuse service.
