SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping:
Free priority shipping is offered for all online purchases greater than $70.00.

FLAT RATE Shipping:
$5 flat rate shipping is automatically charged for shipping for all online purchases of less than $70.00.

Order Processing:
For in-stock items orders are shipped within two-three business days after placing your order. Back-ordered or high-demand products may increase processing time.

This estimate does not include the actual shipping times. We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and during the holiday season.

Shipping Methods:
All packages are shipped via USPS.

USPS orders are processed within USPS shipping days of Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday); excluding holidays.

Delivery Times:
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order tracking information. It typically takes 2-5 business days to update processing and shipping information. All orders will be shipped via USPS and usually delivered within 2 to 8 business days after the USPS receives them. Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.

Check your junk mail if you don’t receive tracking info within two days of placing your order. If it’s still not there, send us an email at shipping@kavvabrands.com.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of USPS. KAVVA is not responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. Many factors can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc.

Your order can be tracked using USPS Tracking.

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please remember that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Just so you know – errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of KAVVA Brands and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

Shipping Rates:
A $5 flat rate shipping fee is listed and automatically calculated when you place your order at checkout. In the event that you receive the message, “No shipping rates available for your area,” this means that we currently do not ship to the address or location that you have provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We currently do not ship KAVVA Gummies to Idaho, internationally or to APO, FPO, or DPO locations. Additionally, we do not ship Space Cowboy inhalers to Idaho, Kansas, or Wyoming, internationally or to APO, FPO, or DPO locations. If you are receiving this message, there may be restrictions on sending products to your address. Damaged Or Missing Products/Order:

If you receive a product damaged in shipping, please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail them along with a brief description of the problem to shipping@kavvabrands.com, and we’ll try to make it right.
