Free priority shipping is offered for all online purchases of three (3) or more products.
FLAT RATE Shipping:
$5 flat rate shipping is automatically charged for priority shipping for all online purchases of less than three (3) products.
Most orders are shipped within one business day after placing your order.
This estimate does not include the actual shipping times, which are listed when you make your shipping option selection at checkout. We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and during the holiday season.
All packages are shipped via USPS.
USPS orders are processed within USPS shipping days of Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday); excluding holidays.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order tracking information. It typically takes 2-5 business days to update processing and shipping information. All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail (larger orders) and usually delivered within 3 to 8 business days after your order is processed. USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped. Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of USPS. KAVVA is not responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. Many factors can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc.

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please remember that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Just so you know – errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of KAVVA Brands and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

In the event that you receive the message, “No shipping rates available for your area,” this means that we currently do not ship to the address or location that you have provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We currently do not ship to Idaho, internationally or to APO, FPO, or DPO locations. In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative replacement item, or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other method of payment.
Damaged Or Missing Products/Order:
If you receive a product damaged in shipping, please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail them along with a brief description of the problem to [email protected], and we’ll try to make it right.
